Terms and Conditions — dn55 Pakistan Betting Platform

01Introduction

Welcome to dn55. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dn55 ("dn55", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dn55 online betting and gaming platform, including all related services, features, content, and payment processing offered through the platform.

By registering an account on dn55, depositing funds, placing any bet, participating in any game, or simply using the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use dn55.

dn55 is designed and operated for Pakistani players. All transactions occur in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and other Pakistani payment channels. All games, betting markets, and services described in these Terms are offered in PKR.

02Eligibility

To register and use dn55, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dn55 is strictly an adult platform. Under-18s are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any game or bet.
• You must be accessing and using dn55 on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that would prohibit you from using gaming platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not have previously had a dn55 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

dn55 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 will be forfeited.

03Account Registration

To use dn55 you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all dn55 accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one dn55 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username, password, or account access with anyone. dn55 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Personal use only. Your dn55 account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Using your account to process transactions on behalf of others or for any commercial purpose is prohibited.
• Notification of compromise. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact dn55 support immediately at [email protected].

dn55 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time where we have reasonable grounds to verify your identity. KYC documentation may include a copy of a valid national identity document and proof of your payment method.

04Deposits & Payments

All deposits on dn55 are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment
• Bank transfer to Pakistani banks
• Other supported Pakistani mobile wallets and cards as displayed at checkout

Deposits are credited to your dn55 wallet in PKR promptly upon receipt and confirmation from the payment provider. dn55 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded where possible or forfeited where refund is not possible due to payment method constraints.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your dn55 account. dn55 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

05Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available dn55 balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Where KYC verification has not been completed, dn55 may hold withdrawal requests until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Withdrawals are processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and Pakistani bank accounts. The same channel used for deposit is preferred where possible.
• Processing times vary by payment method. dn55 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, delays caused by payment provider processing times are outside our control.

dn55 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This is to protect players and to ensure the integrity of the platform. If a withdrawal request is flagged for review, dn55 will contact you via the email address registered to your account.

06Bonuses & Promotions

dn55 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your dn55 bonus wallet. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• dn55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of an active promotion, or reclaim bonus funds where abuse or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering or may contribute a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published with each relevant promotion.

07Sports Betting Rules

dn55 offers sports betting on cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, and other international fixtures — as well as football, Esports, and other sports as available on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on dn55:

• Bet acceptance. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed for any reason — including system error or odds change — are not valid.
• Odds. Odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting. For in-play bets, dn55 may suspend markets at any time. Any bet placed during a suspension period will be void. In-play odds reflect live match conditions and may change rapidly.
• Settlement. Sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or FIFA. dn55 will use publicly available official results for settlement.
• Void bets. dn55 reserves the right to void any bet where: there has been an obvious pricing error; the event has been abandoned or not completed within the timeframe required for settlement; a data feed error has affected the bet; or where suspicious or irregular betting activity is detected.
• Cricketing specifics. For cricket bets, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official for weather-affected matches. Specific cricket market rules — including rules for tied matches, super overs, and abandoned fixtures — are published in the sports betting rules section of your dn55 account.

dn55 takes match integrity seriously. Any player found to have placed bets using insider information, in collusion with players or officials, or in any way that undermines the integrity of sport will have their account suspended, balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

08Casino, Bingo & Slots

dn55 offers live casino games, bingo rooms, and a slots library alongside sports betting. The following conditions apply to casino, bingo, and slots play on dn55:

• Random outcomes. All slots and non-live casino games on dn55 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player.
• Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each slots title is available within the game information panel. RTP figures are theoretical and based on long-run statistical averages — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live casino. Live casino games are operated in real time with live dealers. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel) and are final once the result is announced by the dealer. Technical issues that prevent a round from completing will result in the round being voided and stakes returned.

• Disconnection. In the event of disconnection during a game round, dn55 will apply a disconnection policy appropriate to the game type. 09Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dn55 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one dn55 account, or assisting another person to create an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any point of interaction with dn55.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other automated mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature of dn55.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, reverse withdrawal bonus abuse, or exploiting any technical error to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of dn55 for any illegal financial purpose.
• Placing bets using funds that are the proceeds of crime or for the purpose of laundering money through betting activity.
• Collusion with other players, team members, officials, or any third party to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the dn55 platform, including attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities.

10Responsible Gaming

dn55 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for Pakistani players. Gaming on dn55 is entertainment intended for adults who participate within their means. The following responsible gaming principles and tools are embedded in the dn55 platform:

• Deposit limits. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your dn55 account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time limits. Set a maximum session time after which you will receive a notification. This helps you stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Cool-off period. If you need a short break from gaming, a cool-off period can be activated from your account. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

11Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dn55 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any dn55 content without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any dn55 software.
• Use any dn55 trade marks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape or harvest any data, odds, or content from the dn55 platform by automated or manual means.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dn55 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the dn55 platform.

• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any third-party actions or omissions, including payment provider delays or errors.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature connected with your use of dn55.

Nothing in these Terms limits dn55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. dn55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to your dn55 account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The dn55 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of any information displayed, including sports odds and game RTP figures.

13Account Closure

You may close your dn55 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered PKR payment method, subject to identity verification being complete. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

dn55 may close or suspend your account at any time where:

• You have breached these Terms or any other policy referenced herein.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your account.
• You have self-excluded and the exclusion period is active.
• We are required to do so to comply with any applicable law or regulation.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period and you have not responded to re-activation communications from dn55.

Where an account is closed by dn55 for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. dn55 will notify you of the outcome of any investigation via your registered email address.

14Changes to Terms

dn55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dn55 will notify registered players via email or via a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the dn55 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

dn55 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect their use of the platform.
